Cypriots people have a complete freedom on what they want to worship. For many centuries, Cyprus had gotten a lot of influences from many countries and empires, making it rich in its cultural history as well as religions. However, the majority of the Cypriots are the followers of Greek Orthodox Church. Approximately 85% of the Cypriots are Orthodox Christian. Besides that, there are other religion beliefs in Cyprus, which are Armenians, Roman Catholic, Maronites, Latins, and Muslims.

If you want to learn more about the religions and the place where they have the ceremonies, there is no better place than the place of worship.  The Orthodox Churches are very easy to find. You will have no difficulties in finding an Orthodox Church since they are spread throughout the country. If you are interested in going to the mass, usually they would have the ceremony on Sunday at 06.15 until 09.15. They also have Saturday masses at 18.30 until 19.15 in the summer and 16.30 until 17.30 in the winter.
